SimpleS Consultacy has been established to support the growing need for experienced and quality resources to enhance our clients’ existing teams in completing complicated and time consuming Data Storage and Data Migration Projects across Europe. We can provide contractor/consultancy solutions for clients in all aspects of Data Storage. We are totally focused on providing IT services purely within this environment and do not get distracted by other market segments or dilute our service offerings in any way. We are continually building our specialist resource team but currently have both teams and individuals ready to be deployed wherever has the requirement takes us.

We endeavour to have a proven track record in the industry  for providing IT staffing solutions to major corporate operating in the provision of Data Storage devices and the following Data Migration projects. SimpleS Consultancy’s business model is focused entirely on this market and the background and experience of our current resource list identifies. Recruitment Methods

SimpleS Consultancy has a rigorous selection process for any personnel wishing to join our organisation. We have the internal IT knowledge and experience to ensure  candidates joining our organisation are fully vetted and competent in the technology and business skills required either internally within the our organisation or by our clients.  Our work culture supports a team structure environment in order to  meet staff aspirations and ensure longevity of contract.


Service Level

We will always endeavour to match client requirements with those of  appropriate candidates.  On receiving notification that resources are required, SimpleS Consultancy will acknowledge receipt of the request within the specific working day and seek information from a client.


Candidate Presentation

All proposed candidates are submitted on standard template. This allows for fast perusal by clients reviewing a potential candidate’s details.


Resource Administration

A dedicated Resourcing Manager and their team are responsible for the maintenance of the internal system used in storing candidate information. The personal contacts of  SimpleS Consultancy’s  Directors and Account Managers built up from 25 years involvement in the IT industry. Especially relevant in the recruitment of Senior IT personnel or those with specialist skills. Global alliances with partner organisations in the UK and India, to give SimpleS Consultancy the capability to  penetrate into different regions in search of  rare or hard to find skill-sets.


Screening Process

SimpleS Consultancy use a proven method in the recruitment and screening process of all potential candidates which all staff involved in the selection process are aware of. Reference checks are done on a one-to-one basis with the candidates nominated referees.  One of which must be their reporting manager at their last employer.
